Proposals are being accepted through November 6, 2026 for a replacement registration and facility reservation platform.
The Evergreen Community Services District is accepting proposals for a recreation management software platform covering program registration, facility reservation and point-of-sale functions.
The full request for proposals, including the scope of work and required forms, is available in the document library and on the procurement page. Questions are due October 9, 2026 and proposals are due November 6, 2026 at 2:00 p.m.
Public-facing components of the proposed system must conform to WCAG 2.1 Level AA, and proposers must submit a completed accessibility conformance report.
The Board will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2026 before considering adoption of the five-year capital improvement plan.
