The Board of Directors meets Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in Oak Hall at Maple Grove Community Center.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Evergreen Community Services District will hold its regular meeting on Tuesday, October 13, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in Oak Hall at Maple Grove Community Center, 1425 Maple Grove Road, Evergreen, California.
The agenda will be posted at least 72 hours before the meeting at the district office, at Maple Grove Community Center and on this website. Agenda materials distributed to the Board less than 72 hours before the meeting are available for public inspection at the district office during business hours.
Anyone wishing to address the Board may do so during the public comment period. Individuals requiring an accommodation to participate should contact the District Clerk at least 72 hours before the meeting.
The Board will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2026 before considering adoption of the five-year capital improvement plan.
