How it works
Applications are accepted only through the district application form, not by resume alone. Everything you want considered has to be in the application itself, because that is what the panel sees.
Human Resources screens for the minimum qualifications exactly as written. This part is mechanical, which is why the qualifications section is worth reading closely.
A panel of two or three staff asks every candidate the same questions and scores them independently. Some roles add a practical exercise, such as leading a short activity.
An offer is conditional on references, and on a background check for any position working with children or vulnerable adults. The district pays for the check.
What the district offers
Full-time positions. Part-time and seasonal staff receive paid sick leave and a facility pass.
