About
The fastest route depends on what you need. Program questions go to Recreation Services, a broken fixture goes to Parks and Facilities, and anything to do with the Board goes to the District Clerk.

Public records
Anyone may request district records under the California Public Records Act. You do not need to explain why you want them, and you do not need to be a resident.
Submit your request by email to clerk@evergreencsd.gov, by mail to the district office, or in person. Describe the records you want as specifically as you can: a date range, a subject, or a meeting usually narrows it enough.
The district responds within ten calendar days, either producing the records or explaining what is needed to identify them and when they will be available. Most records are provided electronically at no charge. Where paper copies are requested, the district charges the direct cost of duplication.
Many records are already published. Before making a request, it is worth checking the document library and the meeting archive.
Report something
Call Parks and Facilities or email with the facility name and where the problem is. Safety hazards are addressed the same day; other requests typically within five business days.
For urgent facility problems only, such as a water leak, a failed lock or an unsafe structure. For a medical or police emergency, call 911.
