What happens to what you send
Written comments received by 3:00 p.m. on the day of a meeting are distributed to all five directors and entered into the record for that meeting. Comments on an open comment period are summarised for the Board when the period closes, grouped by theme, with the count of comments on each.
Comments are public records. Your name and what you wrote may be published with meeting materials and disclosed on request. Your email address, street address and phone number are not published.
Staff do not edit comments. A summary never replaces the comments themselves, which are attached in full to the meeting packet.
