Anyone may comment on a board agenda item, an open comment period, or any district matter. You do not need to live in the district and you do not need to give a reason for your interest.

There is no length limit. Comments longer than three minutes when read aloud are entered into the record in full but summarised at the meeting.

How should this comment be delivered

How your information is used

Comments submitted to the district are public records under the California Public Records Act. Your name and the content of your comment may be published with meeting materials and disclosed on request. Your email address, street address and phone number are collected for district use and are not published. Read the public comment policy for how comments are handled.
