The Board will hold a public hearing on December 8, 2026 before considering adoption of the five-year capital improvement plan.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors of the Evergreen Community Services District will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, December 8, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in Oak Hall at Maple Grove Community Center, 1425 Maple Grove Road, Evergreen, California.
The purpose of the hearing is to receive public testimony on the proposed FY 2027 to 2031 Capital Improvement Plan, which programs approximately $18.4 million in park and facility projects over five years. The draft plan is available for review at the district office during business hours and in the document library on this website.
Any interested person may appear and be heard at the hearing, or may submit written comments to the District Clerk at clerk@evergreencsd.gov or 1425 Maple Grove Road, Evergreen, CA 95621. Written comments received by 3:00 p.m. on December 8, 2026 will be distributed to the Board and entered into the record.
Proposals are being accepted through November 6, 2026 for a replacement registration and facility reservation platform.
