13 spaces are available to reserve, from a picnic shelter for a family birthday to a 220-seat hall for a wedding reception. Residents book at a lower rate and up to twelve months ahead.

What you may also need
Some events need more than a room. These are the permits and arrangements staff are most often asked about.
Special event permit
Required for amplified sound, inflatables, vendors or events expected to exceed 150 people. Apply at least 14 days ahead.
Certificate of insurance
Required for Oak Hall, the gymnasium, the dining hall and sports fields. Usually available through your existing homeowner's or renter's carrier.
Alcohol service
Permitted at some spaces with an approved permit and a licensed server. Never permitted at youth-oriented rentals.
Accessibility arrangements
Interpreters, assistive listening receivers and accessible seating layouts can all be arranged at no cost.
