- Online and staff-side program registration with waitlist management
- Facility and field reservation with conflict checking
- Point of sale at four staffed facility front desks
- Fee assistance and scholarship workflow
- Data migration from the district's current system, in use since 2014
- Public-facing interfaces conforming to WCAG 2.1 Level AA
How to submit
- 01Submit one electronic copy in PDF to purchasing@evergreencsd.gov by 2:00 p.m. on the due date.
- 02Include a completed accessibility conformance report for the public-facing product.
- 03Finalists will be asked to demonstrate the system to staff and to a resident review panel.
- 04Proposals must include a five-year total cost of ownership.
