A public hearing on proposed recreation and rental fee changes effective January 1, 2027 is set for November 10, 2026.
Notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, November 10, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. in Oak Hall at Maple Grove Community Center to consider an update to the district's recreation and facility rental fee schedule.
The proposed schedule would take effect January 1, 2027. Changes under consideration include an average increase of four percent to program fees, a restructured nonprofit rental rate and a new fee assistance tier for households at or below 250 percent of the federal poverty level.
The proposed fee schedule and the supporting cost recovery analysis are available in the document library. Written comments may be submitted to the District Clerk through 3:00 p.m. on November 10, 2026.
