Notice of Public Hearing: FY 2027 to 2031 Capital Improvement Plan

The Board adopted a revised facility use and rental policy on August 11, 2026, effective October 1, 2026.
At its regular meeting on August 11, 2026, the Board of Directors adopted a revised Board Policy 4200 governing the use and rental of district facilities. The revised policy takes effect October 1, 2026.
Substantive changes include a new priority order for facility use that places district programs first and resident nonprofit groups second; a reduced nonprofit rental rate; a requirement for a certificate of insurance on rentals of Oak Hall, the gymnasium, the dining hall and sports fields; and a cancellation schedule that refunds the full deposit when a reservation is cancelled at least 30 days in advance.
Reservations confirmed before October 1, 2026 are honored under the terms in effect when they were made. The full adopted policy is available in the document library.
