About this facility

Pinecrest is the busiest indoor facility in the district. The gymnasium supports youth basketball, volleyball and open gym; the teen center is open weekday afternoons during the school year; and the multipurpose rooms host after-school recreation and adaptive programming.

The building's HVAC and lighting systems were replaced in 2025, which improved ventilation in the gym and cut the facility's electricity use by roughly a quarter.
