About this facility

Evergreen Community Park is the district's largest developed park and the site of most district-wide events, including the Fall Community Festival and the holiday tree lighting. A three-quarter-mile paved loop circles the main meadow and connects the playground, the gazebo and both picnic shelters.

The park was dedicated in 1981 on land donated by the Kessler family and expanded in 2009 with the addition of the east meadow and the second parking area.
