Holiday Tree Lighting

The district's winter tradition, with carols, hot cocoa and the lighting of the park's deodar cedar at 6:00 p.m.

About this event

Community choirs perform from 5:00 p.m. and the tree is lit at 6:00 p.m., followed by hot cocoa and cookies at the Grove Picnic Shelter. The Holiday Craft Workshop runs that same morning at the community center.

Donations of unwrapped new toys are collected at the information tent for the county's holiday distribution.

Accessibility at this event

Accessible parking and a drop-off point are available at the Third Street entrance. Accessible viewing is reserved near the gazebo and ASL interpretation is provided for the program.
