What you would do
- Develop, schedule and evaluate youth and teen programs
- Hire, train and supervise part-time recreation leaders
- Manage program budgets and monitor cost recovery
- Serve as the district liaison to school site staff
- Work some evenings and weekends during program seasons
Minimum qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in recreation, education or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Two years of experience running youth programs, including one year supervising staff
- Current first aid and CPR certification, or the ability to obtain it within 60 days
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
