A 2 hour minimum applies to this space. Setup and cleanup time counts toward the reserved period.

Tell staff what your guests need when you book and it will be arranged at no cost, including interpreters and assistive listening receivers. Request an accommodation.
Requirements
- Insurance
- A certificate of insurance naming the district as additional insured is required, provided at least 14 days before your event.
- Alcohol
- Not permitted at this space.
- Setup and cleanup
- Both must happen inside your reserved time. Leave the space as you found it; the deposit covers anything that has to be put right afterwards.
- Cancellation
- Full deposit refund at 30 or more days notice, half between 30 and 14 days, none inside 14 days.
