- Remove existing 2003 lighting poles and fixtures on Fields 1 through 4
- Install directional LED sports lighting with spill and glare control
- Install a lighting control system with automatic 10:00 p.m. shutoff
- Electrical service upgrades at the complex
- Post-installation photometric verification
